I think almost certainly Kamala Harris is going to be less populist than Biden because she's a risk averse politician and there's a lot of powerful people who want her to be. But it also works both ways, she might be more amenable to pressure from the other direction, too.

One of the best attacks on Kamala Harris is that her office let Steve Mnuchin foreclose on tens of thousands of people w/out consequences. The argument could be that she goes after nobodies but lets the rich walk free. Problem, is Mnuchin was Trump's Treasury Secretary.
